1. General
These Terms govern the use of https://unamaslov.com and the acquisition of artwork, prints, and merchandise through the site. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Sales and Orders
All sales are conducted through an inquiry system. Submitting an order form does not constitute a final purchase. An order is confirmed after:
- You receive availability confirmation from Una Maslov
- Final price is agreed upon (including shipping)
- Payment is received
3. Pricing
Prices are listed in euros (€) and are indicative. Final cost, including shipping, is confirmed individually before payment.
4. Payment
Payment methods are discussed individually: bank transfer, PayPal, or other agreed methods. Payment is made after order confirmation.
5. Shipping
See our Shipping & Returns page for details. Shipping costs and timeframes are communicated before payment.
6. Returns
Original paintings and prints: returns accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is in original condition and packaging. Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Commissioned works are non-refundable.
7. Copyright
All artworks, images, and content on this site are the intellectual property of Una Maslov. Purchasing a painting or print grants personal use rights but does not transfer copyright. Commercial reproduction is prohibited without written permission.
